Family-run and long-tenured
Tiger runs the company alongside his son Jake (Operations Manager) and his wife Mary (Accounting). Some of our technicians have been with us for years. Turnover is low and that's not an accident.
Consistent schedules, done by mid-morning
Our routes are planned. You'll know your week ahead of time. Start early, finish by 10:00 a.m., and have the rest of your day back.
Real people, direct communication
If something goes wrong, you talk to Tiger or Jake, not a corporate HR portal. If you have an idea for how to do the job better, we want to hear it.

Hood Filter Service Technician
The Role
Tiger Exchange is looking for a responsible, dependable, hardworking technician to service commercial kitchen hood filters at restaurants throughout our service area.
You'll drive a company service vehicle to customer locations, access kitchens with keys and alarm codes, remove dirty hood filters, install clean replacement filters, document each completed service, and secure the customer's location before heading to the next stop.
This is a small-team position with real independence. Our routes are planned so you have time to do the work right, and you'll be trusted to represent Tiger Exchange professionally at every stop.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Early-morning start times, generally between midnight and 4:00 a.m.
- Most routes are completed by approximately 10:00 a.m.
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Responsibilities
- Safely drive a company service vehicle
- Exchange commercial kitchen hood filters
- Follow assigned routes and service schedules
- Take service-completion photos and maintain accurate records
- Communicate access or service issues to the office
- Keep the vehicle and equipment clean and organized
- Represent Tiger Exchange professionally at customer locations
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently during early-morning hours
- Able to lift, carry, and install commercial hood filters
- Comfortable working on a small step ladder when necessary
- Must pass a background check
- Previous delivery, route-service, restaurant, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided
